Terms of Service
By booking a service with ATL Elite Transport, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
Booking & Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at the time of booking.
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation by phone call, text message, or email from ATL Elite Transport.
- Quoted rates are confirmed at the time of booking and are binding for the service described.
- Any change to the route, date, time, or type of service after confirmation may result in a revised rate.
Pricing & Payment
- All quoted rates are flat rates for the specified route and service — no surge pricing, ever.
- Rates do not include gratuity. A tip of 15–20% is customary and greatly appreciated.
- Additional charges may apply for: wait time beyond the courtesy period, additional stops not specified at the time of booking, or tolls where applicable.
- Payment is due at the time of service, unless a corporate account with billing has been previously established.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts may request monthly invoicing.
Flat Rate Guarantee: The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay — regardless of traffic, weather, or travel time. ATL Elite Transport does not apply surge pricing under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible by calling or sending a Text message to (770) 885-6133.
- For wedding reservations, please contact us directly to discuss our flexible modification policy.
- No-shows (client not present at the confirmed pickup location after a reasonable wait period): full fare will be charged.
- Force majeure events (severe weather, natural disasters, government orders): we will work with clients to reschedule or issue a credit.
Wait Time Policy
- Airport pickups include complimentary wait time: 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights, 45 minutes after international arrivals.
- Non-airport pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary wait time.
- Additional wait time beyond the courtesy period is charged at the applicable hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.
- We monitor your flight in real time — delays or early arrivals are handled automatically at no additional charge.
Passenger Responsibilities
- The maximum passenger capacity of each vehicle must not be exceeded: 7 passengers for the Luxury SUV, 15 passengers for the Luxury Van.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all ATL Elite Transport vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with Georgia law and only for passengers of legal drinking age.
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers (spills, stains, breakage) is the financial responsibility of the party that made the reservation.
- ATL Elite Transport reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any passenger exhibiting unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior — with no obligation to refund.
Flight Tracking
- For airport transfers, please provide your flight number at the time of booking. We will track it automatically.
- No additional charge for flight delays or early arrivals — we adjust your pickup time accordingly.
- ATL Elite Transport is not responsible for delays caused by air traffic control, airline operations, weather, or mechanical issues.
Limitation of Liability
ATL Elite Transport's liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: traffic delays, road closures, weather conditions, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Corporate Accounts
- Billing terms for corporate accounts are Net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in account suspension and reversion to per-trip payment.
- Corporate accounts require written setup and are subject to credit approval.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
Modifications
ATL Elite Transport reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
