Yes. The rate we quote at booking is the rate you pay — period. We never apply surge multipliers for high demand, holidays, or bad weather. No hidden tolls or after-hours surcharges either.
Every ride includes a licensed, background-checked chauffeur, complimentary water, USB charging, climate control, and real-time flight tracking for airport transfers. No extras, no surprises.
For airport pickups we include a 45-minute grace period after your flight lands — we track your flight live so we know exactly when you arrive. For other pickups a 15-minute grace period is included.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
