We recommend the following lead times for best availability:

• Airport transfers: 24 hours in advance (48–72 hrs during holidays)
• Corporate / point-to-point: 24 hours in advance
• Prom limos: 2–4 months in advance
• Wedding limos: 3–6 months in advance
• Same-day bookings: Available, subject to vehicle availability

ATL Elite Transport operates exclusively on flat rates for all point-to-point transfers. Unlike rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, we never apply surge pricing — not during peak hours, not in bad weather, not on holidays. The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Corporate clients can also be set up for monthly invoicing. Contact us to learn more about our corporate billing options.

ATL Elite Transport offers free cancellations with sufficient advance notice. We understand that plans change — contact us by phone or Text as soon as possible for any modifications or cancellations. Last-minute policies may apply for special events and wedding packages.

Our current fleet consists of:

Every ride with ATL Elite Transport includes complimentary bottled water, USB charging ports, a climate-controlled interior, a professional chauffeur in formal attire, luggage assistance, and door-to-door service.

Yes. When you book a specific vehicle, that is the vehicle that will arrive. All of our vehicles are late-model, professionally maintained, and cleaned and inspected before every reservation. No surprises.

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time. Simply provide your flight number when booking, and we'll handle the rest. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we automatically adjust your chauffeur's timing at no additional charge.

No problem. We monitor every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed — whether by 30 minutes or 3 hours — we automatically adjust your chauffeur's arrival time. We never charge you for airline delays. Just land, and your ride will be ready.

Yes. In addition to Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL), we serve all private aviation airports in the Atlanta area:

We pick up curbside at the Arrivals level, at both the Domestic and International terminals. After you land and collect your luggage, your chauffeur will contact you directly with the precise location. We coordinate in real time to keep the process smooth.

Yes. ATL Elite Transport provides professional prom limo service for Atlanta-area high schools. Our Luxury Van comfortably seats groups of up to 15 students. We are fully licensed, insured, and background-checked. Book 2–4 months in advance for prom season.

We include a red carpet for your arrival and departure from the vehicle. Vehicle decorations such as ribbons or floral arrangements are not part of our service.
